Airport Transportation
Upon arrival at the Memphis International Airport - proceed downstairs to the baggage claim area (same area for all airlines). Once there and your baggage is claimed look for the Unique Planning Greeter dressed in black slacks and a red blazer and holding a sign reading "UT Pharmacy Conference". This person will be able to direct you to the shuttle van(s) located on the lower level outside the baggage claim area. The shuttle should also have the same signage indicating the conference. You want to go to the Downtown Marriott at 250 N. Main Street.

The shuttle will run every 30 minutes beginning at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 15. If you are arriving a day other than Tuesday, please use the MATA -- DASH Shuttle and request reimbursement at the front desk of the hotel.

Dress Code
The dress code for the 2001 DVA Pharmacy Conference will be "business casual". Please bring comfortable walking shoes if you plan to see any of Downtown Memphis - especially the Baseball game and/or Memphis in May BBQ Contest. We will be walking to these events (weather permitting).

Airline Reservations
If you haven't made your airline reservations - you need to do so IMMEDIATELY!! We are fast approaching the meeting date and all travel plans should be made as soon as possible in order to make plans for your hotel transportation.
